Developing skills and abilities for self-sufficiency in the workplace
Centerbility of Maryland offers supervised work and vocational training for people with disabilities in their respective community employment. Our aim is to provide specialized support to develop the various skills, abilities, and behaviors that will help them fully realize their vocational aspirations and hone their full potential. We have professionals who will supervise them in the workplace and give guided employment feedback and support as they engage in the work of their choosing. Participants will receive training and encouragement toward progressively more self-sufficient work in improved integrated employment settings.
